Goals

Myself Kusum, I am from Delhi. Currently, I am pursuing MBA in health and hospital management from Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.
Well, to answer this question in the COVID-19 pandemic situation is not easy, but after 1 years, hopefully, conditions will be better. After that, I see myself still doing pretty much what I'm doing now. I'll be completed my MBA and start applying for a new job in a more prominent company before post-graduation. I will work for a company that delivering the most fantastic technology beginning in 2021. My thinking will mature more. My level of acceptance of the truth improved. I see myself as a more consistent player in this beautiful game, i.e., life.
I'll learn and practice to become a better leader in 2020 and 2021. Currently, I am working with an NGO whose vision is to help all the differently abled people and provide them a better socio-environmental environment and much more. Shortly, I will work hard and try to promote my NGO. Soon, I'll be trying to connect with one or more NGOs as a volunteer, and I'll work there as a responsible person to boost their socioeconomic level.
3 years from now, I see myself as becoming more skilled, more efficient, and professional. A better person and at a higher position in the company that would never lose me at any cost.
I want to devote the next few years learning new skills, taking up challenging jobs, and putting my hard work to grow and hopefully see myself advancing to the next level.
In the next three years, I would like to be recognized as an expert. This job will, for sure, grant me with a golden chance to do the same. Since I already have a few years of work experience, I am excited to take up managerial responsibilities in the coming few years. Besides, I can lead projects, and if I can deliver, I am sure this organization will give me the chance to become one of the forerunners.
And after 3 years, I'll be married and try to balance between my professional and personnel life.
But I'll try to work hard in every situation and always trying to be more productive for my organization. I'll know myself better and overcome more seemingly impossible obstacles in 2023. That's it. Let's see how my life goes in between 2020 and 2023.
