Goals

In reflection of my virtual internship experience with FHTS, I have gained a more clear understanding of the factors that affects and surround the public health system of a country or place. For example, while preparing a presentation for the public health system of Togo, I gained understanding of the political history, their geography and economics of the area that lead to the present public health scenario there. I really appreciate the learning I had from the fellow interns and from Dr Joshi during our meetings. These meetings provided an opportunity to understand the same thing through different perspectives.
It was a great experience to work on SMAART rapid tracker. From briefly analysing the platform to identifying the sources and authenticity of the data and using it, all was a great learning. I have realized that SMAART rapid tracker is a very innovative, time saving and advanced platform which provides detailed information related to COVID 19 of each and every single country of the world in a very synchronized and structured manner. I was always hesitant of writing but this internship helped me in exploring my that side too through its assignments. I hope these learning's would help me to become a better researcher and a writer as well.
