Countries with highest COVID-19 cases and fatality per million

Spain with 4,632/ million of total COVID-19 cases reported to have the highest number of total cases.
However, Peru has emerged to have the highest number of new cases of COVID-19 at about 106/million.
Russia has recently shown an increased number of new cases of COVID-19 while Ecuador and the US have the highest new fatality rate per million due to COVID-19.
Interestingly, South American countries including Brazil, Peru and Ecuador seem to have increasing new cases and new fatality due to COVID-19.
