I am Dr. Anusha. I completed my Bachelors in Homeopathy Medicine at Dr NTR University, Vijayawada. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Public Health at AIIMS Jodhpur. I opted this course as I am quite fond of research related to Community Health and would want to make significant contributions to this field. I have experience as External monitor during Mission Indradhanush 2.0 (Mar 20′) and MR vaccine campaign (Aug 19′).

By this Internship, I am looking forward to learn more about Data analysis and Health informatics and able to apply the knowledge in the contributions to society.

Goals

I would like to begin with a quote, “I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been “No” for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.” – Steve Jobs.
In coming year I will be getting a Postgraduate degree for which I have been waiting for two and half (preparation for AIIMS) years. With many hopes I will be joining a job as everyone should do with the knowledge I gained through internship in your organisation and also the learning experience which I got from my university. I know that I can’t do many things in just one year but I will make sure that I will learn from my experiences and mistakes and make myself always be ready like a half empty cup.
Five years is a huge timeline which is difficult to predict where I will be, that too in times of COVID 19 pandemic and we should only predict after this pandemic. But jokes apart, man will always thrive to earn money and food for himself as well as for his upcoming generations. In the coming five years I assume that I improve my skills which I am lacking currently and evolve myself with outstanding skills.

  • I acquired confidence while making this video.

  • While writing public health blog regarding COVID Trend in Ecuador, my part was to collect data about the COVID 19 statistics. In this process I have visited the country’s official site, WHO and smaartrapidtracker.org websites to collect data.

  • First of all, I was never been asked to prepare presentation of a huge topic in 10 slides. This was a whole new experience for me. Apart from my preparation of presentation, I actually learned more by listening to others presentations. I learned different ways of presenting the topic.

  • 1. It was the first time I heard about this dashboard and I was amazed to see such work
    2. When going through SMAART RapidTracker, I went through all the information available.
    3. While seeing other’s presentations I observed how a work can do differently
    4. Another point observed is that I went through different sites but I could not find alike SMAART RapidTracker.

INSPIRE Virtual Experiential Learning Program - EVALUATION MATRIX

Overcome my fear of giving speech and also to assess my position in this field.

Previously I was bit hesitant in delivering speech and now I can say that I am better from before and I understood a bit where I was lacking in order to improve myself.

I strongly recommend INSPIRE program to others.

Testimonial

I certainly enjoyed the program and the experience. Thank you for everything you've done! The internship host company and the supervisor are excellent! The staff are helpful and it was a good work experience. I would definitely recommend FHTS Internships as they are always there when I need help. My most memorable experience during the program is definitely the people I came across and the knowledge I gained.
