Experience with INSPIRE Program

Hello everyone, I am Jyoti, Home Science graduate and currently pursuing post-graduation in Food & Nutrition from Lady Irwin College (Delhi University). As a part of our curriculum we required to do one month summer internship so, my college has referred to me this Summer Virtual Internship at FHTS. I had joined FHTS (Foundation of Healthcare Technologies Society) on 8th of June as an Inspire Intern, now I have completed my one month Internship under the guidelines of Dr. Ashish Joshi sir.

It was my first virtual Internship and it was great learning experience and I have got many opportunity to learn much more and enhance my skills. I have performed several tasks such as summarization of research article, literature review, studying public Health system of different countries which has enhance my critical and analytical skills also, meanwhile two webinars were also conducted by Dr. Joshi. We had done tasks in teams as well which has help me to learn team cooperation and team coordination. All these tasks have helped me in skills refinement. I would like to thank Dr. Ashish Joshi sir and FHTS team for providing me opportunity to do this virtual Internship and also for guiding me throughout the Internship and bringing best of me. Otherwise it could not have been possible for me to do summer internship due to Covid-19 pandemic. Overall it was great learning experience at FHTS.
