Swathy Krishna

She is a hardworking and ambitious social worker who is specialised in public health. Her research interests include Women’s health, inequalities in health and Social science approaches to public health. She have done fieldworks with National health mission (kerala), Ashadeep mental health society (Assam), Shishu sarothi (Assam) and Chaoupal Gramin Vikas Prashikshan Evam Shodh Sansthan ( Chattisgarh) and she has also worked as a research intern in Volunteer for India. She holds a Master of social work degree with a specialisation in public health from Tata Institute Of Social Sciences, Guwahati, where she built a thorough understanding about the health systems and health situation of the country. She also holds a BSc degree in Physics from Calicut University, Kerala. She loves traveling, reading, photography and singing.
