Goals

My name is Dr Yoshin Sharma. I am a student of Indian Institute of Public Health, Delhi. I am Dentist by background and also work as Dentist for 2 year in private dental clinic. When I was doing job in clinic sometime I feel so restricted it was only oral health. So I want to work for community for awareness and want to work in policies, so I choose to do public health which works in multiple domains. While doing my masters degree I got clarifications about programmes, policies, schemes and how broad this field is and I learn that how can I engage with community how I can help the undeserved and indigenous population.
Now, I just start my career and enter in real world so in the next one year I want to get a job in reputed organization where I utilize my skills and also develop and learn new skills and knowledge. I want to explore in various domains where I use my theoretical knowledge into practicality and be productive as much as I can.
In next three year I will see myself as leader and want to manage team and project. I want to get good reputation and responsibilities in my company as well as in my family. Also want to grow professionally and personally and become valuable asset in my company. I also want to become motivational speaker and aware people about climate change. I also want to provide education and support the marginalized communities, especially indigenous groups.
