I am Ayushi Dhasmana, and I have completed Masters in Food and Nutrition with specialisation in Public Health Nutrition from Lady Irwin College. As a part of internships from NCEAR-A AIIMS, New Delhi; DuPont Innovation Application Centre, Gurgaon and Max Hospital, Dehradun, I have had field experience working closely with rural people, in hospitals as well as in a Multi National Company. This has helped me in developing strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

I am Ayushi Dhasmana, and I have had the privilege of doing a virtual internship with FHTS under the guidance of Dr. Ashish Joshi and it was a really insightful experience for me. During my internship, I was given assignment on the topics like- How COVID-19 can be tackled, SMAART Rapid Tracker and POSHAN Abhiyaan. This really helped in increasing my knowledge base whereas presenting my ideas before the experienced team of FHTS, helped in boosting my confidence. I am thankful to the team of FHTS for being really supportive throughout the internship. The learnings that I am taking away from this internship will be helpful for me throughout the years.
